New! We are now offering Vinyasa Yoga with a twist! This unique class consists of a dance inspired warm up, then progresses to a Vinyasa Yoga Flow. Pilates based exercises will also be incorporated into classes to help build core strength. This class will be energetic, but ideal for all levels, as everyone will be encouraged to move at their own pace. Yoga mats are available or bring your own.
