Total Barre Fitness is a dance & Pilates inspired, low impact, aerobic class that uses dance movements with small staccato actions to trigger and challenge the core. This class is perfect for all ages and fitness levels, and can be modified to suit your needs. Come join us for this fun and challenging class and increase your flexibility, strength, and improve your balance. Please wear clothing you can move in, and barefoot.for class. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one and there are also mats available for use if not.
