This is a fun aerobic dance class. Get in shape while learning the latest hip hop trends. Each class will begin with a warm up and stretch. Students will then learn various dance combinations. All levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring clean sneakers or dance sneakers.
Ballet is a beautiful, classical style of dance and it’s never too late to learn.. We will begin with a warm-up at the ballet barre and progress to various steps and dance combinations. Ballet is a great way to exercise, improving posture, stength, and flexibility. Please bring ballet slippers.
Salsa is a fun, vibrant form of dance. Join us and learn to move you hips to the wonderful sounds of Latin music. The class includes partenering, basic steps, and a variety of turns in combinations. No partner needed. Please bring clean leather soled shoes or dance shoes. No street shoes allowed in the studio.
Ballet Barre & Conditioning
Join us for this fun class that incorporates ballet with strengthening and conditioning exercise. Class will start with a warm up at the ballet barre with exercises to tone and strengthen. After the barre we will move to floor for some core work. If you are looking to get back into shape or for a new way to spice up your normal workout then this class is for you!
This is a fun way to exercise while learning the basics of tap. We will learn a variety of steps and combinations. This class will help improve your coordination and rhythm. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring tap shoes.
This is a fun, upbeat class that begins with a warm-up and stretch. Students will then learn jazz progressions and variety of dance combinations. Students will classical jazz technique and current styles. All levels welcome! Pleae bring jazz shoes or ballet slippers.

Come dance, practice, and learn Salsa, Swing, Cha Cha, and other Latin dances. Instructor will be present and ready to dance with and teach you. This class is great for all levels, from beginner to advanced! Int./Adv. students will start to learn more intricate steps and beginners will be introduced to the basics. Pilates on the Ball
Transform yourself!! Pilates is a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthens and lengthens muscles with a focus on the body’s core. Performing these exercises with a fitness ball increases the intensity of each move, creating a fun, challenging, and very effective workout. Your body will develop greater flexibility, agility, and better posture. During our workout, we will also use other props such as light weights, a mat, and/or yoga blocks which will also help to increase lean muscle mass and encourage your body to burn calories more efficiently. Please bring a mat and a towel.
Are you a fan of “So You Think You Can Dance” and want to learn more about contemporary dance? Then join us for this fun class! Contemporary dance blends jazz, ballet, and modern dance styles. It is a unique, expressive, and quirky dance style. Each week students will have a warm-up, stretch, and learn dance combinations. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Students will dance barefoot.
Zumba is a high intensity, high impact cardio workout that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. So, ditch the workout and join the party!! Please bring clean sneakers.
Eliminate the jitters from your first dance as you become more comfortable on the dance floor. Learn steps, timing, entrances dips, and spins. We offer a 4 week group class for wedding couples. Private lessons are also available for $75 per hour. In a private lesson you can bring your music and our staff will help you create the perfect wedding dance, something simple or more complex.
Privates classes are available in all of the above movement styles, and we also offer wedding instruction. If you are preparing for a wedding we recommend two to three lessons for a basic dance. Private classes are $75 per hour. Please call the studio for more information.
